Hi, unfortunately emoticons can only be searched by game filter.
It would be cool to allow us to search for emoticons that can be used not only without game canonical 2 hours of use and owning the game indeed, but also filter the emoticons by name.

Yes the most trivial thing: allow us the power to search for an emoticon.
I am searching for a "raven" one and I found for example one that is of "hearts of iron IV" game.
This one despite being an eagle, would fit my search... however I found it because i just kept scrolling and scrolling. I hope you can allow us to search them despite I understand there might be some strange scammy web sites that do this already and "better", there would be no better than you Steam allowing us to filter and search emoticons by name of the emoticon.
I am talking of the emoticons that are not moving and that cna be used in chat and some written texts...
