when i saw the steam halloween theme, i fell in love with the art, the concept.... it's beautiful and elegant.
i would mt like to see him as the background.
I made a Steam profile frame with the SALE theme.
Steam please have a look I just want to be able to put this in the background of my profile... I pay no problem.

Valve will not accept randoms peoples pictures to put as a background anywhere. If they do it for 1 person, hundreds of thousands will want their custom stuff to be included.

And yes I said hundreds of thousands because thats only a tiny percent of the daily active, monthly active and total number of accounts.
