Make it so you can have a separate workshop for other devices

Like for example on one computer its these workshop items and on another computer you subscribe to different items and not have your workshop sync to it so for example if you had a computer with less space you could just subscribe to different items instead of totally disabling your mods or unsubscribing from most/all of them

Sounds annoying. And most of the time, you don't subscribe that much that you somehow not have space anymore.

Just an irresponsible space usage, and I think a lot of users would get confused as to why they've lost all their subbed addons, etc. Or get frustrated with it asking each time.

Most games I've seen with workshop have something in their configuration that allows you to disable certain workshop items.

It doesn;'t unsubscribe you, it just doesn't apply them. Those configurations are saved locally in the game's local settings so you should be able to have the same game on two different machines with different mods active even while sharing a common subscribe list.

At least I know it works this way in the Beam dog games, and the shadowrub games. and Darkest dungeon. I can't speak from personal experience beyond those games. But check it out in the game's forums or just check the game's settings menus.
