Well, if you're buying STEAMwhatever, then "elsewhere" is not really an option.
How did you get them to do that? I contacted support and asked them to release my hold and they're just quoting the FAQ to me. Also, FedEx never knocked on my door to get my signature (they won't even just leave it at my door) and I was home for all three "attempts."
hey so is your package returned? Im facing similar situation
FedEx only delivers when I'm not home (this is the second time I'm dealing with this issue this week, as the other was the computer I will be using with my Index) and will not allow me to modify the shipment for pickup, or even to modify when the delivery will me made...... Which seems like a stupid thing, why on earth would a sender be able to prevent me saying "please deliver later in afternoon"??
I even spoke with delivery driver through my Ring doorbell and asked if he could leave it, I have the ring and will be home within the next hour or so, but he said he could not do that. What reason would any sender have to restrict deliveries the way Valve apparently does?
And has anyone else had success getting help on this issue?
