I bought the classic collection about 2 years ago on fizzygames/egames and now when they moved to steam i can't log in to any of those games also they are not answering to my mails, can steam do anything about it , any ideas what to do ?

If they weren't Steam games, you can only purchase them on Steam to have them on Steam.

The games did not "move to steam", they "became available also on steam". Publishers usually do not automatically grant licenses on multiple platforms even if they were originally only on some small platform.

Hey Szymon, as Zekiran said - these are essentially 'new products', the old days of Fizzy are no more. Along with my publisher at eGames, I create and manage the games now. However, if you can find your old receipt for the games anywhere, we may be able to find you a Steam Key for these as a gesture of good will - just email [e-mail]
