Add an option to REQUIRE CREDENTIALS WHEN BUYING with saved credit cards
I don't want my nephews to start buying games randomly at a massive scale when I'm letting him play on my computer on my Steam account.
Currently I just don't save my credit card information, but it get tedious entering the information every time when I buy a game.

And before someone suggests PayPal, I stopped shoveling them money a while back and I'm not going back as long as there's another choices for payment methods.

Create steam accounts for your nephews or a Guest Steam account. Family share your games to the guest account. Let tthe nephews play on that guest account.

Or just remove the credity card temporarily.

Also you don't have to enter tyou credity card every time you buy agame. Just keep you wallet topped up with a set amount

You shouldn't let others use your own account but you can enable Family View on it if you do.

Highly doubtful it will be done as letting him play on your account violates the rules. As stated create an account for him and family share the games to that account.

Saved credit cards require you to put in the CVV code every time (at least in my experience).

The nay-sayers strike again. I don't get why people are against more options and features. I can't be always expected to remember to log out of steam when they come to visit me.
Thanks Daggoth for that actually useful information.

Section 1-C...

Your Account

When you complete Steam’s registration process, you create a Steam account ("Account"). Your Account may also include billing information you provide to Valve for the purchase of Subscriptions, Content and Services and any physical goods offered for purchase through Steam (“Hardware”). You may not reveal, share or otherwise allow others to use your password or Account except as otherwise specifically authorized by Valve. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system. Valve is not responsible for the use of your password and Account or for all of the communication and activity on Steam that results from use of your login name and password by you, or by any person to whom you may have intentionally or by negligence disclosed your login and/or password in violation of this confidentiality provision. Unless it results from Valve’s negligence or fault, Valve is not responsible for the use of your Account by a person who fraudulently used your login and password without your permission. If you believe that the confidentiality of your login and/or password may have been compromised, you must notify Valve via the support form (https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php) without any delay.

We don't "nay-say" without a good reason.

Because your actively asking for features that are only useful if someone is violating the rules so it makes no sense.

Given that there’s no good reason here, I have to disagree.

The SSA disagrees with your disagreement.

Yes. I don’t decide what’s good or bad based on corporate license agreements.

So, you suggest someone risk their account because you don't agree with the terms you and the other person agreed to?

Ok...

I don’t know how you got that from what I said. I’m not suggesting anything of the sort.

What I’m suggesting is that the proposed feature is not a bad idea just because Valve asks people in the license agreement to not share their account.

The license agreement is arse-covering by Valve, it’s not a prediction about how the world works. Nobody seriously believes that Steam accounts don’t get used by multiple people.
Doesn't Amazon make you login again when you go to buy something?

I can see how it'd be appropriate here too.

No, they don't. As long as your session cookie remains valid (it has a lifetime between two weeks and a month), Amazon will not require an additional login step for purchase.

Well I guess your experience is different from mine. I stay logged in to Amazon, as is indicated by the site itself (and I've tried this on multiple browsers), but when I actually go to make a purchase it asks me to log in again.
