They do add currencies but they're not going to onboard the rest of the world at once, and there's nothing that puts Azerbaijan next on the list either as far as I know.

Valve is aware Azerbaijan exists.

When/if it gets added, remember that prices are set by the devs/pubs and if no price is set, you'll be unable to purchase the title until they do.
