This error appears now and then after me making a few purchases on Steam. I have to make a few different handfuls of purchases because deals sometimes appear then blip away. This issue should not be appearing, please make it go away or give an option to disable whatever security script is triggering this. It is preventing me from taking advantage of very temporary deals.

The cooldown is about an hour.

What is "very temporary" about 2 full weeks? You have 14 full days.

Some of the deals I placed in my cart immediately reverted to the non-discounted price. This happened to multiple deals. Others did not immediately revert. This created a timed constraint.

Wait a few hours for the store to stop crashing.

Buying stuff the first few hours and the last few hours of any major event is going to have issues.

Servers are still laggy, just wait til they stabilise.

That is a standard fraud prevention tool used by most sites.

You have a shopping cart for a reason and sale last 2 weeks. Stop buying items 1 by 1 back to back, add them to the cart, and then checkout.

Steam isn't going to remove fraud prevention tools because your impatient and refuse to use the shopping cart.
