If they were paid games, use your ACCOUNT HISTORY and purchase / license histories to locate your prior purchases.
You don't need to "delete" games. That's for "getting rid of it entirely". Just *uninstall* them.
It will still be in your licenses. It's up to you to keep track of these things, and not to delete off accounts what games you will want to actually reinstall.
As I said: deletion is very advanced hiding. You still technically own something as long as that key you bought wasn't revoked at some point. You will need to go through undelete process, through Support. If you don't know what products those are, that's 100% on you.
