Function to suggest games for specific friends to play

We all know you can review and recommend games, but what if you want to suggest games for particular friends? Sure you could just tell them about the game yourself, but that gets lost in their message history if they don't remember it. So why not have a function built into Steam that'll hold your recommendation in a convenient place?

This can be useful in a few different ways. Firstly, it would let you unobtrusively suggest games that strike you as `X might enjoy that` rather than sending them every little game you find. Secondly, Steam can use your suggestions to improve the Discovery Queue for your friends by giving these games a bump in the listing order. Finally, you would benefit by having your friends' suggestions right there in the marketplace rather than asking around or browsing old Discord messages.

As far as implementation, perhaps the one suggesting the game can select from a drop-down menu `Suggest to Friends` and tick boxes for friends who would enjoy said game. This tells Steam's algorithm to add a couple points to whatever score they use when suggesting games. When you see the recommendation, it would just be a little box in the sidebar along with `[Friends] already own this game`, `[Friends] have this game on their wishlist`, etc.

If you don't care for the game you've been recommended, a simple [x] or [dismiss] button would remove it from your list and remove the points it gained from friends suggesting it. Ignoring the game would also have the same effect, as well as preventing friends from suggesting it again. Buying the game or adding it to your wishlist would also dismiss the suggestions, plus give the accounts that suggested it +rep if that's a thing in Steam's algorithms.

Just an idea I randomly had, let me know what you guys think. If it gets implemented and is a disaster I apologize in advance.

I mean, I just blacklist those kinds of games so they wouldn't show up anyways. Catches a few other games (like GTA Online) but that's not the worst thing in the world.

You *do* get suggestions based on what your friends play. What I'm suggesting is more focused than the "Because your friends play __________" we're getting right now.
