Remove curator ignore limit or give us to option to not see them as a whole

There is currently an ignore limit of 100, so curators still get through the cracks like rats.
Either give us the option to in ignore them as a whole or remove the ignore limit

I may just do this. But Valve should make it simple instead of making us jump through hoops
