Edit & Delete Messages in Chat

Title. It's a useful feature on Discord, but Steam is my preferred messaging platform.

The last thing you want is to drunk text something stupid, or make a typo, and be unable to fix it.

But considering the messages dissapear within 2 weeks of non activity we can just grin and bear the text till its gone.
We can delete the message and rewrite it just saying.
Or just delete it :)
