Report a translation problem
Go to a game you don't already own, but should have a workshop (i.e. not a game new to Steam). Even searching the top level workshop community for that game returns nothing if you don't already own the game and for sure the shop page doesn't mention them.

Games that use the workshop let you browse it regardless whether you own the game or not.
Go to community > Search products > Search the game's name you want to look at > Workshop
