Official Steam Themes
Maybe you could make some "Offical Steam Themes" at can be bought in the points shop, I go on steam every day and I see the boring old navy blue background I just wish It could be Orange or Red.

you can already alter the 'theme' color in your edit profile.

For their friends or for themselves. Latter goes as well, not everybody does things just for the sole reason that others can see it.
