We cant as the achievements area separate representation of each game. Steam has no control over them as this is monitored by the game developers.
The one method to segrigate / sort achievemehnts is to buy a new profile showcase for rare achievements from the points store.
https://store.steampowered.com/points/shop/profileshowcases
And I feel the generic showcase with manually having to see which your most rare achievements are, is undoable. Steam says I've got over 5000 total!
I agree that there is a lacking and wanting of this feature!
It automatically picks the rarest, we just want to filter out specific games.
It'll fill in the gaps with the next rarest that you have, duh.
In a normal showcase, like my previous post says, you'd have to manually go through thousands of achievements to find which ones are the rarest, and select them manually. That's not done.
Which aren't RAREST since you filtered out achievements that were rarer than the ones you want displayed. The name of the showcase implies that the achievements shown are the RAREST you have unlocked.
I suggest you pick up a dictionary before you start calling anyone names.
I suggest you finish elementary education.
