Show family shared games on user profile
I shared my library with cousin.
After he played a game I noticed it's shown only in Recently played games and not in All games.
Games that are not played recently are removed from that list and there's no trace that he ever played that game. Until he launch it again.

When you go to someones profile -> Games, you can find:
-Recently played
-All games
-Whishlist
-Followed
-Whishlist
-Reviews
It would be good if we also had
-Shared games
It should show "Shared by /username/" and then list of all shared games.
So when someone visits his profile, they can see that he has access to those games and they can invite him to play together.
And so we can see his achievements/hours played and sort them alphabetically/by hours.

In library he can see his library, my library, his favorites, and it would be good if he could see my favorites.
Because half of my library is crappy games and it's hard to actually search through them it'd be nice if he could see those good 100 games I added to favorites.

You can't invite him in the first place, if someone is using a game on your library, you have no access to your library, and vice versa.

The game is being shared, it's from YOUR library, it should not appear on his library or recently played, because YOUR License is being used.

I think the OP is talking as if another friend of his cousin would want to invite him (not OP) to play a game. Not the OP wanting to invite his cousin to play one of the games he is sharing to him.

Shared games do show up in Recently Played on the profile and in the tab where it list more than the last 3.

Yes you're right about both things.
That tab where it shows more than last 3 only shows games that are played up to few weeks ago.
Any game You haven't played in past month are not in that tab

Also a warning when trying to launch a game while frnd is playing would be nice.
Like: "You friend is playing a game from your library. If you launch this game he will be kicked out from his game. Are you sure you want to continue?" Yes/No
