A new way to Sort Game Titles in Steam Library
gog has this cool feature where they let you sort the game titles by yourself. Why would you need this? well some games i have like from the same franchise for example "Final Fantasy". I love collecting games on Steam. I don't buy games anywhere else. Steam is special. You know what I would love even more? Being able to organize my Steam Game Library.

I have Final fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XV, and then there's this one called "Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII". Now because the name starts with L for that last one, you can see why i want the sorting option now right? The Lightning Returns game is not sorted alongside my other Final Fantasy games (beginning with F). Steam sorts it by name right now and I think they sort some by date too. You don't have to copy what gog did. I would just love to be able to have more sorting options. Like Sort by name, Sort by game release date, Sort by franchise etc. And also what would make this even better is being able to select multiple sort options at once. Like giving priority to the few options u select. Like If i select "Sort by franchise" the games will still be not organized the way you would want it to, now if you allow me to select "sort by year" along side "sort by franchise" now that's perfect. they're chronologically ordered now. perfect. ADD THIS PLS thanks. I HAVE OCD BTW it would really help

Make categories for Franchises

If you have OCD, making categories should be one of the first things you would do.

I have this thing where I have to organise my games by Series/Rating/Bundle bought otherwise I don't really know where they came from.

+ they begin with a number so I can move my categories up and down

do you mean Steam's "collections" feature? if so, i don't really like that it separates the games from each other. i want them all in the same window

no it does not. its disorganized now. you create collection, the games you created a collection of, come to the top now and are no longer in alphabetical order. I would have to create a collection for EVERY game in my library to make this work who has time to do that?

Not quite sure what you're talking about. The left sidebar? is not the Home page
