reopen payment method paypal

As in my well-written title, I would like to reopen the paypal payment method. My area is Vietnam, I am also happy to steam for payment in VND but I still prefer paying with paypal for the convenience of it and I have a lot of money in paypal. I do not know what to do with it when steam updates game purchase in VND. I want paypal to be reopened for those who want to buy games with paypal or VND are both. Talk to PayPal, Steam is quite willing to accept money from PayPal in other areas. Either there is a deal in place excluding them with a local provider, or PayPal is unwilling to operate in your local currency with Steam for one reason or another.

Thanks for answering . I like to use paypal because I have many USD, I do not like to buy games in VND. I know that paypal uses USD but I do not want it to use VND. I look forward to the paypal payment method back to the same as before

His issue is not that paypal won't be available, but that he forgot to use the search feature on this exact topic and see that the developers set the price, not valve.

But until Paypal lets him use his currency, Valve will not let tranactions happen through them. Valve only takes transactions in the users own Steam store currency.

So, he must ask Paypal to support his currency.
