Review Filter for Reviews that matter ( + ER-Diagram / Simple SQL Statement )

Problem

Going through Steam reviews sometimes is a pain in the a$$. For example, if you are looking for CON-arguments and filter them, most of them are 0,1h -2h played and like "omg this game is bad". Less bad but as ( IMO ) useless as the first one are the low-playtime positive Reviews who rated the game out of excitement and dropped the game a few hours/days later. I mean for some brand new or short-living games its completly correct, but if you interested in games which deliver some longtime or endgame content (mostly RPGs), a specific anmount of time is definitly needed to write a honest review about at least 60% of the game content.
Same goes for the Date of purchase if the game was in Early Access or did get a huge update.

Best examples :

• Black Desert Online ( Endgame )
  
• Conan Exile ( Most fun in Groups, Just released and HUGE improvents since first early Access release

Solution

I know there is a "Steam Reveiw Beta" which tries to calculate the most helpful reviews and its definitly an improvement. But IMO its far easier to give Users more freedom in Review-filters.
Some really good data to filter for would be

• Hours played
  
• Reviews written
  
• Rating of Reviews written ( something like amazon? )
  
• Specific Date ( just realized you can do that really specific )

I dont know how the Steam Database looks like, but i made a quick Database ( ER-Diagramm [imgur.com] ) to show that you can use simple data to give some users a more specific search.
If you create a view out of this Select [imgur.com] and simply add the blue underlined condition, a whole new filter parameter could be chosen.

I did read some other blogs about this and most of the time people did discuss about "people not being able to write reviews with less then X hours" or something like this. There are some different problems to this (for example familiy share, other plattform etc.) but i think improving the filter functionality would solve it more clean.
