[Suggestion] auto-pause/resume downloads when viewing a shop's video

Games shop's videos are mostly unseeable while downloading a game so, it could be useful to have a library's downloads setting flag to

[v] auto-pause/resume downloads while viewing a video

Paused/resumed downloads should obviously be the ones which was "running" before the pause only, not "all the queue".

Maybe easier to implement than a "download limiter" with percentual setting (e.g. to leave 10, 20, ..., 100% bandwidth to non-download activity).

Or you could just set your steams download speed to less then your max to give you a bit of extra room bandwidth wise. I limit my speed to around 2/3 of my max download speed. Lets me do other stuff while downloading new games.

Thanks for the hint, I didn't remember there was such setting.
Looking into Downloads' configuration I can see there is still some kind of "download limiter", made to prioritize movies viewing, but it seems not that working (at least to me) at the time.
Anyhow, I set up the limiter to 2/3 too, will see how it works.

View > Settings > Downloads > Download Restrictions > Limit Bandwidth to

If actual max download speed is 3 MB/s, set it to 2 MB/s or some number under it. I just used those numbers as examples, Your speed could be faster or slower then that. Just set the limit bandwidth to something lower then your max speed.

If you don't know how fast your max speed is, try loading/installing a decent size game with nothing else going on on your computer and on your network connection. Something that takes at least say 3 to 4 minutes minimum to finish. And then on the Library page click on downloads and watch to see what the speed is. If you download/install something big enough, you will have time enough to mess with the download speeds on the settings page, and see it effect your download speeds.

Thanks for the advice, I know I'm having 1 MB/s bandwidth so I set it up as 756 KB/s.
