i have 26, lol, really need to do some re-filing.
it is also possible to have a game title in more than one category heading too, so if you have games that a few of you play, adding them to your category wont affect them adding it to theirs.
1. Hover over LIBRARY tab - Go to Collections - Click on 'Create a Collection'
pretty straight forward from there.
2. In your Library - Right click on the Game Icon or Game Title - Select GO TO (This is under the Go To Favourite) - Click on '+ New Collection'
and then same again.
Once Categories are made, it is easy to add or remove titles, pretty much the same way.
1. In the Actual 'Collections' tab
2. Right Click the Game Name or Game Icon - Select 'Add to' or 'Remove from'
Oh there is a 3rd way.
In LIBRARY, when a particular game is selected, there are 3 little icons, at the bottom right of Title Picture, the opposite side to the 'Play' button.
1. Manage - 2. Show More Details - 3. Add To Favourites
Click on the first icon, 'Manage' - continue like above - Select 'Add to' or 'Remove from' etc etc..
Click on Library -> Home
then in the drop down under Games tick the box called Group by Library
Cause I searched for the option, in filters (tab across from Search engine) i re-discovered being able to show games in different ways, and was able to create a Dynamic collection with "Remote Play" Filter selected. Love happy accidents. Thx NS Plover
Edited to say I have a lot of collections.
Yes I discovered earlier that i dont have the ability to add Nicknames and for my Friends and the other things, when right clicking on their name.
I posted on the Mac discussion page to see if it was a Mac thing, i remembered it mentioned when I posted a suggestion about a pop-up notepad, so i can keep notes of friends. Its hard to keep track of things like who gifted me a game, or who i gifted a game, who invited to join them on a game sometime, who was the writer etc...
This could be the same. Right clicking options not optimised for Mac. It worked for Linux.
So yep weird.
Btw - are you able to play different games, similtaneously on different computers?
I think maybe you have to click on Library and Home rather than library and collections to see Group by Library.
No idea about nicknames - I've never tried to use.
So we all have different computers and can all be active at once - on our own library. A library can only be used by one computer at a time...
wondering now, could it be because you have a Family Sharing, that it provides the option of alternate Libraries?
lol i hijacked Zero's thread - got caught up in the mystery of it all.
thanks for going thru it with me

Apparently, I just wasn't looking hard enough and this was pretty much already implemented, just in a different way than I expected.
btw - i dnt kno why - running on auto pilot i suppose - i just checked ur profile page - can ur recommend any coding games and/ or simple beginner code learning program.
I played Hacknet, originally coz I was looking for Devs from my City, and LOVED it.
Played one of the Hacker Series; Have Hacker Evolutions and Hack the Core.
Just started a Mac only Edutainment Code game, tho its not always explained well, and reviews/ comments arent great and mention incorrect facts etc...
i get the way-too-long-n-still-gaming vibe for sure, says just gamer-who-just-woke-from-5hour-sleep-coz-eyeballs-were-burning
thx again for the assist
happy cyber travels
