Improve Steam download system (Something like IDM)

Hello,
Alright as you can see above in title it's about downloads, i dont know if the thing that i want to say was suggested before or no so dont blame me, ok im sure you guys have used IDM (Internet Download Manager) and probably know that we can set timer there to it auto-start download at a time that we enter there and it has 3 other options which is:
1. Close IDM after file downloaded
2. Turn off internet after file downloaded
3. Turn off computer after fire downloaded
My suggestion to steam is that number 3 ^^ Some people like me have unlimited internet at midnight ( 1 a.m to 8 a.m) So usually i put steam to download my games at that time and i go sleep! if there be a option like IDM that you could choose steam auto-turn off computer after download finished and also add a timer you would manage your internet, time and etc... it would be awesome.
