can we just have a "porn game" tag?

right now, if i decide to block "mature" content in my prefrences, i won't be able to view really good games like the Witcher because it has some optional sex scenes.

and because of this, im also bomraded by a throng of cheap porn games.
why not just label them as "porn games" so that they can be blocked without taking the good games down with them?
