Rapidly Remove Games from your Account
Owning a lot of games makes you feel good, somehow, realizing that most of it is a useless games or not that you want makes it annoying every time you log in in the game. The removing of games from your account manually needs time especially if you have a lot of games to be removed. Hopefully, this will be implemented.

There is a reason why it's a slow process. It's so that people won't just remove a lot of games quickly and then regret it and having to spend more time to undo the stuff.

Why don’t you just hide them in your library which is a lot faster

You can shift click select or Ctrl click select games and hide them en mass

^^^ This...
It's more effective than you'd think and the only clue is the count next to Hidden. Which again isn't so bad since you can check back and see what games you hid.

Well along with it is a confirmation, plus, why would you remove the games permanently if you will just regret it? But yeah, it's not a problem anyways hehe.

You've never done anything on a huffy impulse and regretted it later?
The fact that you desire such a feature kinda shows you're prone to impulsive purchases that you regret later.

User: Deletes all of his games permanently because something or someone made him mad.

*Next Day*

User: OMG Steam Support, can you restore my games? I was just having a bad day.

FYI
There's 30,000 games on Steam.

The confirmation of the bulk deletion of game would be sending to your email and would be deleted right away after 24 hours. It's just like a deletion of an account in facebook that needs to be rendered for 30 days.

My point of proposing this function is just to save time to those who really want to remove games from his library permanently.

The function I would like to see is:

1. Select games to be removed from the library.
2. A confirmation for the deletion will be sent to your email or via Mobile Authenticator.
3. The system will then render time to successfully delete the game, let's say 24 hours. / 24 hours held for the deletion of library.

This is just to save the time of the user WHO WANTS TO REMOVED A LOT OF GAMES in one single click.

It's nothing like Facebook...Facebook doesn't have items that cost real money attached to it.

Again, the process is made slow for a reason. If you're commited to deleting them, you will go through the process.

Be thankful that you can even delete them. Steam didn't always have this feature and it's still relatively new.

Clearly it is just a suggestion. In any systems, the important thing is the BULK selections. Plus, Facebook has its own Facebook cash, and I ain't referring to Facebook, I was just setting an example. Let's say Dota 2 Trade, it has a trade hold. Why not delete hold? People trade items and sometimes regret it, its part of life man. I am just suggesting a fast way and most convenient way to remove bulk games FOR THOSE WHO REGRETS BUYING/GETTING-FOR-FREE GAMES.

Plus, you don't need to be thankful for any updates. It's their job to make the system alive. Peace bro.

If only you knew the Steam users like we do. There have been quite a few that removed games and wanted them back later. One removed over 200 and changed his mind.

Now think about all the gullible users that get their accounts hijacked. The amount of them having their games removed in a single click would not be good.

Doing this in bulk is not something that should happen.

Which is why just tagging said games as Hidden is the best solution for this.

And again I ask the question

Why don’t you just hide them in your library which is a lot faster

You can shift click select or Ctrl click select games and hide them en Mass

It functionally does 99% of what you want and takes literally minutes to filter out giant swaths of your library

i have a bunch of cheap trash that i have bought to boost my game number , i simply have a ~trash category , the ~ makes it appear after the letter Z so it will always be the last list so unless i scroll all the way down or have some unsorted games i need to sort , i wont see that list often
