C'mon Valve, remove trading already!
Aww no more 12yo insult?
Nope but i managed to report it before they removed it so I’m sure a mod will have fun reading there tantrum.
@OP
Valve still need the protection on verified cards even if they have been on the account for two years as the account have been compromised and the user may issue a charge back.
Also how would you know how much of your wallet funds can be used for an instant tradable item? Splitting the funds like this would only confuse users more and lead to lots of “I was only one cent short, why can’t my items be instantly tradable” type threads.
We get rid of these posts. We get rid of people complaining about all of the restrictions, we get rid of the stupids that get scammed.
I see very little downside to removing trading. Full stop.
hahahah never seen such an idiot before.
That wont happen because if items cant be traded/cashed they become meaningless and Valve & everyone with a brain knows this.
Just because ur too dumb to profit unlike smart people like me you dont want the smart ppl to make any profit aswell lmaoo what a spiteful ignorant lil ♥♥♥♥♥.
"I dont use something but millions of others do so remove it" ahahahahahahahah
Wonth happen though so all good ;)
isnt that the point though? The only people who can make profit are Valve as they are the only ones that see money changing hands, unless you're trading outside of the standard system, in which case you're the cause of most of the problems.
A) none of those items have any real value, except transaction fees to Valve
B) Its more likely to happen than what you want
I can just find someone that I trust or that trusts me which in my case isnt hard, agree on a price cheaper than on the steam market, send them the item and have them pay me? lol.
99% of people use marketplace sites though since thats easier.
There is no reason as to how this is causing a problem, opposite: its beneficial for everyone. Ability to profit & (somewhat) freely trade is ALWAYS a good thing for everyone involved.
Wrong, the main point of items is that they have a real money value to them, and no steam wallet is not money. I can bet 95-99% of their current price is due to this. Back in the day when valve introduced 7 day trade holds killing gambling many prices dropped by 10-30%. And again gambling was only a thing in first place BECAUSE OF the monetary values.
