Event Token, How to Get Tokens as Gift?

Is not Posible to get or to gife Event Tokens as Gift!

If i make a Money Gift, the sender get the Tokens, the receiver get no Tokens, he have no way to get Tokens with Gift Money!

The Actually Rule Text for the Luna Event Confuse me!
I see 2 way to Get Tokens!
Way1: Load Money on your Steam Wallet!
Way2: use Money from your Steam Wallet!

STeam Support Say no, is Just load! but the Text say like Activities wioth your Mo9ney! SO use the Steam Money for Tokens!

Thill will just be Fair!
Sometiem exist no rly usefull Games, so are the Even STuff more intresting!

Or why not direct Buy Tokens? or give more way to Farm Tokens?
In this Event exist just this envelopes and Load Money on Steam!
This is like noting for this Token Prices!

So Check this Plz, and Make the Events for all usefull!

I dont see this Emotes or Wall Paper on Market and i see no way to make Tokens as Gift!

Only the person paying with real money will get tokens. Tokens can not be gifted. This is intentionally.

Support can't change the rules. That's why they tell you to post here.

It is something that will most likely never happen.

Buy physical wallet cards and send your friends the cards/codes and they'll be granted tokens if it was redeemed at the right time.

No rule is broken. You either add funds to your account OR purchase something using an external payment method.

Chances are it will never be possible mainly due to users farming tokens with multiple accounts, potential hijackers and the endless amount of support tickets complaining about losing their tokens when they clearly gifted them away.

It is EXACTLY the same as the Winter event.
