Temporary download throttling bypass

For those who are lucky to have an internet that actually works, it would be cool if you got the option to temporarily bypass the download limit if you have set it to something. Like just a tick box that could be located near the "throttling limited speed to x" and then said "bypass throttling limit for this download". Just for the extra convienience to be able to switch to max speed when you are waiting for that 2gb update for your favorite game, and then go back to normal when that download finishes.

It takes about 5 seconds to change it, and another 5 seconds to change it back... A button/checkbox/whatever to bypass it is not needed.

Well it would be a nice feature that it automatically throttles after the specific download. I know it doesn't take long to change it manually but you know first world problem solving :p
