It can only show the estimated time remaining on what you are downloading now at the speed you are downloading now.
How many ticked off people do you think there will be when their 5 downloads takes 10 hours to download instead of the 5 hours it was saying because it was based off of what ever you set your max amount to.
Also because lots of people just set it to download at what ever the max speed is, Steam has no idea what your actual top speed is, so anyone who can download at over 25 megabits per second would not get an accurate time.
Just let it download, it will be done when its done.
How long will it take to download all games in queue if they download at current average speed the whole time.
