Free games should be in a library even when unistalled

So I upgraded my PC from windows 7 to 10, after re-installing games I went on. Now I got bored of games and a friend asks if I have warframe, I realize that I used to play it alot and I type it in the library and its not there, so basically my suggestion is this

When you install a free game and later un-install it, you can either remove it from your library or keep it there. This is so later on if you want you can look in your library and re-install those free games.

It would be nice if people bothered to use the search feature and add to any of the other threads that are posted about this exact same topic nearly weekly.

The majority of people that respond to the threads agree. Some think it should be an over all switch (check box to keep all free to play games in library even when uninstalled), some think it should be per individual game in their properties thats checked automatically (check box to keep this game in your library even when uninstalled.

Course I wouldn't have had say this had you used the search feature. And please don't say "I did but nothing came up". As I mentioned its posted near weekly.
