Being notified that someone has taken a screenshot of you in-game
I doubt valve actually look at these things, but there's one thing I would love to see.

Y'all know when you take a screenshot of someone in-game and it automatically tags that user in the screenshot, and you can see it under "Users in this screenshot". You should have a notification bell that notifies you that people have screen-shotted you in-game, for example funny shenanigans in TF2, funny death poses, GMod funny moments, etc.

Again I doubt valve look at these.

They look here.

I'm assuming this is extremely limited to a few games that have that function, correct?

If so, I'm not against it.

I'm not aware it's limited, but either way with big games like CS:GO, TF2, Dota, etc where it isn't limited, I think it would be a good feature.

It wouldn't happen often, in my 1k+ hours of tf2 I've only been tagged in like 3 screenshots or so? I don't even remember how to check them at this point... But it would be neat, for sure.

This isn't really for game suggestions. All of that I imagine is up to the game developers.

No, this is for steam suggestions. Any suggestions specific to games belong in that games forum as its up to the developer to do and they wont see it here

Isn't it a steam function though?

No games I play have that feature to tag users in a screenshot so its clearly only specific to select games. Steam would need to have far more connectivity to those game's servers for that information to be shared and tagged.

I believe it's game-specific. I take screenshots somewhat regularly in left 4 dead 2 while others are in those shots and have never been prompted to tag people. That being said, you would have to post in the game's sub-forum regarding it.

oh no i did a goof

I'm sorry I genuinley thought this was a steam feature by itself.

Which games are support this function?

None broadly.

If you look at each game you want to see whether it can, that's the only way to know. This isn't a Steam feature.

Not really technically feasible because not all games use the Steamworks API for account synchronisation in Multiplayer which would be required to map a Steam account with a third party (f. ex. Origin or UPlay) account.
Some games don't use accounts at all and rely on other indentifiers such as CD-Keys or are completely DRM-Free and hence without any authentication.
