why is clock tower the first fear not in steam yet

why is clock tower the first fear not in steam, or better yet any clock tower game. I feel these games are well made, and don't have enough of a following. the first fear especially needs to be added because, not only did this game pioneer survival horror, but (I feel) everything about the game is great from the music, to the atmosphere, to the puzzles. any way I could ramble on forever about this game series, but I just want to see this game get more recognition, and I want to be able to play this game again.

You need to go and ask the devs/publishers of the games to bring them to Steam. Valve doesn't go around asking game companies to bring their games to Steam.
