You can.

Go to your steam/config installation folder, delete config.vdf , then restart Steam.

That will remove ALL Family Share connections from your account.

I'd rather a more direct way that is in-built to Steam. (I don't want to be messing about with internal files). The past Family connection is no longer connected. I want to remove the history from my account. Thank you for the suggestion. At this point, this topic is only here as a suggestion for the developers. I'm going to unsubscribe from this thread. I really just want the developers to take note of this suggestion.

You can revoke them here https://store.steampowered.com/account/managedevices

That's not what I mean. I want to erase sharing history. Presently, according to Steam support, this is impossible, and that is why they suggested I mention the issue here for the developers to see.

Same for me, I would like to see an option to clear family sharing history from the account.
Here's an example of what I and the OP meant: https://i.imgur.com/uzJMEdx.jpg

This history doesn't get cleared even if you remove access and ask your friend to revoke your access to their account as well.

It's really not a big deal and now you would say why would I want the history to be cleared. Let's just say for aesthetic purposes of the family share page as the list is huge and I would like that to be cleared. :P

History never goes away. It is just like a transaction history.

Oh OK. Well like I said, it's not a big deal. Thanks for clearing that up.
