Gift other steam users money from wallet
I think it would be cool to be able to gift other steam users money from your steam wallet so maybe if they want to buy something in game or whatever and you have money in your steam wallet that you want to give them they could get that item. I just think this could be a really useful option.

How can you buy a steam gift card if the money is in your wallet already. Once again you obviously didnt read my post.

Steam won't offer a way to launder money.

The option doesn't appear for me, and the FAQ says you can't. What exactly are you seeing?

Are there any restrictions on purchasing digital gift cards?

You and your friend must both have Steam accounts and you'll need to be friends on Steam. You can purchase Steam digital gift cards for any user that you have had on your friends list for at least 3 days. Please note that you cannot use existing wallet funds to purchase a digital gift card.

Am I speaking Mongolian?... the last draws I did for steam cards I have the option to use my wallet... or my Visa!..... Either or! One or the other! And I have used my wallet..

This would be a nice and useful idea to be allowed to use funds you already have on the wallet, now, here a question, why didn't they allow this from the start? I believe it's to do with security measures.
