Static background for user profile page.
As we know, the profile background picture does not "cover" profile page completely. Especially if the profile is long, with different showcases. It turns out that when you scroll down while viewing the profile, the background creeps up and the profile (by the way, most of it) remains just on a black background.

After all, there is a tag in html "bgproperties=fixed". What is difficult to do to the background was always fixed in the same position and did not move when scrolling the page?! Besides, it is just as easy to make the background to scale to fit the Steam window.
This would make the profile look many times more beautiful. I doubt Valve programmers could do such a thing. Well, at least added to the profile editing page a checkbox, a check mark in which would be determined by the user himself, the background in his profile will move or should be static (...this is for those who combine the background image with pictures in showcases).

In my opinion such function (with a checkbox and a static background) should be added.
