Empire Earth: the art of conquest should be on steam

Age of Mythology was beautifully remastered for steam and I'm very happy with it. Steam also has the highly inferior Age of Empires games and Rise of Nations. So where is Empire Earth? The game is certainly one of the best that this company has ever created and yet it's nowhere to be found. What's especially sad is that the actual disk version of the old game will not work on any system newer than Windows 7. Please revive this gem by making it available on steam. I would gladly buy it immediately.
