Pay Steam from GooglePlay store? (SA)

Well uhh...
sure lots of ppl asked about this but my reason might be different...
i always wished if there is a way to pay steam from google play... Why?!
me and the ppl in SaudiArabia have a little proplem...
when we try to buy a PrePaid card it cost alot more then the original cost..
just like if i wanted to get a 20$ Steam card then i will have to pay like 25$
there is a big lose tbh for a PrePaid card.
we can turn our umm...(Phone Credits?) to a Google play credits.. this make my job ALOT easiyer since i can pay this from my phone.. even tho it dosnt cost any more then what i have to pay...
lets look for some math...

Buying a Game from steam...
20$ = 95 SR + 20 SR Fees = 115 SR = Almost 25$ = 5+ Dollar more... y

How about from Google Play?
20$ = 95 SR + 0 SR Fees = 95 SR = Still 20$ = Same Price 0+

Well now everything looks right....
and in the top of that paying with SR is costy... putting anymore price is already bad
and here is the good spot on Google play... paying the same price + So easy (depends on some clicks only {maybe even 6 clicks only}]
we get the PrePaid cards more expensive cuz when i ask Why the hell it cost more? normally he will say... We got this Prepaid card from American. so there must be some more fees for our hard work.
Well ♥♥♥♥... i cant say anything to him... but still there is another way.
1- Some hows Steam link the Google Play so payment can be done from Via google to Steam(Pretty sure this is almost impossible).
2- Steam make there own way to make it possible to pay from the Phone Credits and have a full control of.
ofc there is more other ways that i didnt know yet but its always possible.
- Credit Card? no pls think about something else (im not only talking about my self... maybe others didnt have the chance to get one too).

Yeah that wont be possible. Steam doesn't sell android games, PC, MAC and Linux only. Google play store isn't linked to Steam. They are not the same company.
