Visa Gift Card (Australia)

Hi all,

I received an Australia Post Gift card for Christmas and was trying to use it, but it kept declining it. Now this is where the issue may be, I thought one could split the payment? The card has $50 on it and the game will come to around $70 (X-Plane 11).

Does anyone have any suggestion on how I can use the card on Steam? As it would be a great help than having to pay for the entire game outright, and the gift card would make it so much more handy.

You can split between Steam Wallet and a card but not between two cards. If you want to do that you'd want to the extra amount onto your steam wallet, then choose steam wallet as the primary payment source and cover the difference with your gift card.
