Let Us Customize Profile Badges!

1. Let us choose which 4 badges show on the right sidebar of the Profiles. (under "Badges")

2. Let us choose what level badge is shown. (maybe I like level 3's design the best)

After all, we've paid real money to obtain every badge and level, I'd like the ability to display them.

I'm sure this may get buried, but if there's a way to get Steam to recognize this, let us find that way. It's been too many years where this has not been implemented, and lots of people that wanted it to happen.

I'd like to be able to display my profile publicly and hide badges/level entirely. Kind of "opt-out" of the feature and not let it take space on my profile.

The four recent badges, and having them attached to any of your recently played games that you've crafted a badge for. I'm sick of constantly seeing them displayed on my profile, its games i dont even play, yet just because i crafted a badge to rank up the profile its permanently shown on my profile page.....

Steam, I beg you please. do this!

It's pretty simple:

1 - There are users who want to delete badges.
2 - There are users who want to hide badges.

Most i could do i remove featured badge but those 4 badges displayed on my profile are probably ugliest i have and annoy me too

Yeah its so upsetting , i destroyed the whole look of my profile because of this...

Also an option to let you choose WHICH level of a badge you would like to display on profile, would be great.

For example. You craft a badge from "A" game to level 2 which is so nice and have it shown on profile for months. Then you decide to go on a level up hunt and along with other badges you also level the badge from game "A" from 2 to 5. But then you notice that the lvl 5 badge is sh*t! Now, it would not hurt anyone to have this ability to level your badges to 5 but still keep the "X" level badge picture/title showing on profile.

I mean i don't see why it isn't a thing it's just one of those small things that make a Huge difference, that's what steam profiles are about is those little details that define you.

Also, wanna add that if it was possible both to keep my level badge and personalize the 4 showcased badges, I would craft much more purely for collection.

Badges on profile

I payed tons of money to set up the badges i wanted showing on my profile ...... and now just because i bought a game i received a 25 games badge popping up on the front page of my profile pushing the badges i payed tons of money for away from the view ....

now im stuck with a damn 25 games badge i never ever wanted showing on the profile and my favorite badge the silver bullet has been pushed off my front page and there is NO WAY i can get it back ....

i have made posts before about this issue , we NEED TO HAVE the ability to chose what badges are shown on our front page of steam , on the profile , this is so horrendeous and redicules that we dont have this function on steam yet .....

the badge that was pushed out from my profile destroyed the look of my steam account and i payed over 15 dollars just for that 1 badge alone to show on my page .... and now its forced un willingly away from my profile because this redicules and ugly 25 games badge has forced it self on to my page even though i never wanted it there...

i get punished for buying a game , and my profile look destroyed , this is so BAD.... please steam , we need to be able to chose what badges we display on our profile ....!

You can already do that if you use the badge collector showcase.....

It's all about cleaning your profile. Sometimes you craft a badge that looks ugly on your profile, sometimes you craft a badge of a dumb game, sometimes you craft a badge and simply want to get rid of it times later, sometimes you collect badges and don't want to show it - you're a private collector. You are able to craft badges freely, BUT you can't undo it, not even deleting and loosing de exp. It's like a permanent karma or stain.

Steam should let us to control our profiles better. We should be able to hide or delete the badges we don't want anymore, or even converting them into gems (small compensation). Maybe you don't want to make your whole profile private, you just want to make it simple and clean.
