Going "Hey Valve, spend $50k in developer time and $5 per user a year to provide a service a dozen unrelated business already do, because I prefer to keep all my stuff in one place" isn't going to see the light of day.
The only thing I can think of is that it slighly raises customer engagement with the service, while going outside of their core services.
