integrated input method in steam (highly recommended)

Many people have to input CJK (chinese, japanese, korean) characters in steam or in games, as a linux user ibus is the default input method but ibus CJK is not supported by steam this issue on github has been opened since 8 years now. We cant input CJK on steam which is a big draw back for many people. Integrating an IME in steam would be great not just for linux but other platforms too.
