HI, i really need to buy wallet codes, (no bank , paypal), so i can get Games on steam summer sale, also i need to get rid of limit.

Check your local game shops, or large retails that sells game cards such as PSN, Xbox, and etc, see if they have any Steam cards, if not, make a request with the store to order some, if the store has to order some, I don't know if they get it in time before summer sale ends, if they have to order them, depending when they place the order, and how long it would take to ship to your country.

You could ask your family members to help you instead, if they have a credit card, then you can simply pay back your family member, for the amount you want to add to your Steam account. If have bank account, see which bank transfer Steam supports for your country, if it PayPal / etc, check if PayPal will accept your bank, and if so link them, and then you can use PayPal on Steam.

Actually paynet shut down. So no more wallet codes from them.

There is no place that sells any type of Cards, Also none of my family members have credit cards.

Yes we don't , cash is used like 90% of all purchases.

None has paypal.. My country is just sad...
