Anyways, you can use steamdb [steamdb.info] and use filter by type -> DLCs for owned games.
So this doesn't seem like an issue.
Thanks for sharing the link. I will look into the SteamDB site, but I am very wary of third party stuff for Steam, having lost my account to a hacker that way in the past.
So your issue doesnt seem like an issue.
SteamDB is a nice site, i dont know why never heard about it.
I know this is old. But wouldn't you rather get ALL of your free content and then remove the one here and there that is an issue, than not get the DLC at all because you didn't know it existed? Your argument is incredibly short-sighted.
Once it is delisted, you can never associate or download a free DLC - such as high-res texture pack. Unlike paid DLC's you cannot even buy them from elsewhere.
Considering this it is a really good idea to associate your Steam id with all free DLC's even if you don't need them now.
Need to log in ofc. Here is all of the DLC's https://steamdb.info/sales/?displayOnly=AllOwnedGamesDLC&min_discount=0&min_rating=0&min_reviews=0&sort=price_asc
