Will Steam allow us to flash games?

Adobe Flash will not be supported after December 2020.
So will any software developer such as Steam can run Flash games from the file folder?

Chrome has never used adobe flash instead it uses pepper flash.
Where did you hear that anyway, when has Steam used Adobe Flash just curious.

Whenever I opened Google Chrome I see that notification every time that Adobe will not support until December 2020

What on earth is all these changes happening cause it still uses Legacy?
I still wanted to believe if it aint broke dont fix it.
Since I dont see it this maybe a workaround for you

I don't know, but since flash games on steam use a stand-alone player and launcher (wrapper), I don't see valve changing anything. This should only effect developers and could be a problem on future OS's. I'm really not sure though.

I use Chrome now and am on windows 7 and it gives me that stupid popup LITERALLY every time I open my browser.

The only reason you're not seeing it is likely that you've completely turned off Flash - they WANT you to, that's why they put the "turn it off!" link in the popup. It's super annoying.

And yeah I really want to keep my flash games, dollmakers, and whatever else running. There's always old installs of other browsers though.

Zekiran, correct I had turned off flash ages ago. And since the Library update and the misaligned mouse with Steam client buttons I only using web version Steam. So should have seen by it now. Thanks for reminding me :)
