And this only happens in the game detailed view. The home view (grid view) is always sharp.
Are you on Windows 10? I'm on 7 and have had no weird updates from the OS - 10 is known to change settings, so maybe make sure that your video card is showing the right resolution on your monitor... beyond that I have *no* clue. :/
Hopefully I'm not alone and this will get fixed soon.
Are you using custom DPI scaling
Try uploading PNG format whenever posting comparison shots. PNG is lossless.
The library might be using sub-pixel rendering (thanks to the Chromium rendering engine) which could make the text a bit fuzzy if scrolled by a fraction of a pixel.
If you are using DPI scaling, make sure you are using the latest update version of Windows 10 as they have changed the DPI scaling functionality in at least one of the updates.
untick directwrite

I did upload lossless PNG shots (5 MB each). You would know, if you’d seen them. ;) The warning about connection not being secure applies to all external links being posted on Steam forums.
DirectWrite is not a problem here. But just above I have found the option “Enable smooth scrolling in web views”. Unchecking it solves the problem for me. So thanks for pointing me in the right direction. :)
Changing DirectWrite support by the way requires a restart of the Steam Client to take effect in Chromium views.
Fantastic, I'm glad that this finally got sorted :D
