Play Steam games Offline with USB Flash Drive for iPhone/Android

I live in a country with Slow internet connection
So I couldn't play any game On-the-Go
So What if connects a USB Drive to a Smart device and play it like a Nintendo Switch

So here are some example on how to do it
1.Get a OTG Flash Drive
2.Steam will detect a Flash Drive and completely formatted
3.Put games inside the Flash Drive
4.Connect Flash Drive Type-C or Micro B to the smart device
5.Open Steam Link App> Open Directory > Select USB Drive >Load the Game

and play the game offline while traveling

You can't because your phone can't run PC games.
Steam Link streams game that's running on PC.

In your suggestion, mobile phone would have to run games. And they can't do that because PC games are not made for ARM processors.

First problem is you can't load a game from a USB if said games are not designed to run on the device. So steam games won't load on to a phone.

2nd the device needs the hardware to run the game. So most phones no go.

But you could just buy a surface and you would have a portable device you can play some steam games on offline.
