Category Management in the Steam Library
Steam allows users to set categories for each game in the library, but there's no way to quickly "delete" or hide a category, in case you created a temporary category.

The ability to rename categories, or sort them and change their position non-alphabetically will drastically improve the Steam Library interface.

Removing all games in that category removes the category.

The other stuff, sure.

There is. You can click the first game in a catagory, shift+click the last game to select all of them. Then right click and uncheck whatever catagory they are in that you wish to remove them from. You can then create the new catagory which will auto-include all games currently selected.

As for sorting non-alphabetically, that's probably a bad idea. People would use it, then get upset when they forget a games position and can't find it because their games are no longer in a predictable order. Particularly for people with larger libraries.
