This is what I just said in my post on one part. Report them is one way to stop them, but it doesn't stop them permanently.
The only true way to solve this problem, along with many other online issues (spam, cheating, harrassment, etc...) would be if there was some magical way to securely link an account to a specific person. Then if that person was banned, they couldn't just create a new account with a new email and start all over. Unfortuantely we are a long way away from seeing this happen.
As of right NONE of these skin gambling sites are authorised to do what they are doing, period. It doesnt matter which youtuber is promoting it.
