Option to download a pre ordered game when its released automatically.

Not sure why this isnt a standard option. I buy a game, its comes out on the day its supposed to at 11am my time. I have to wait until I come home to my caveman internet to download it. Why cant I just set it to download the minute or even hour its released? Pretty basic stuff here I think. Giddy Up Steam!

Or via web-browser, or really any Steam Mobile app you're logged in (doesn't have to be the one with the authenticator itself.)

Probably setting up some Windows Task Scheduler to launch

That would have to be set up while your PC is running, and same browser is on.
