Ability to hide the fact that you're in specific groups from others.

I'm being intentionally vague here, please ask if you need more info.

Some users of a Discord channel I'm in have created a group on Steam to game with one another. The problem is, due to the nature of the Discord channel, many of the people who would otherwise join the group don't want their Steam friends or... anyone, really, to know that they're in that group until a further, uncertain date.

SO, how about a feature that lets a user hide the fact that they are in a specific group from other users?

There's no reason. Don't join groups you don't want other people to see.
