Steam Accounts for Schools/Classrooms
My searching on this topic has yielded nothing much. I saw old press releases about "STEAM for Schools" but also found evidence that the program was shut down. I was wondering if there is any plans by Valve or current methods to help educators and schools manage Steam accounts for teachers or students and or manage app/game licensing on Steam.

I am helping our school set up a new tech center with a an HTC Vive and other new machines and looking to bring lots of educational tools and apps.

This is helpful! Thank you. The Cyber Cafe concept itself isn't useful for a school, but it does link so something I see called the Steam Site License program which does help in the situation.

TL:DR: You can set up a new Steam account specifically for a site rather than for personal use. Once you log in with the Site account, you can see games that are free or paid for "Site" use. Paid games will cost more than normal, understandably, but this is the legal and fair approach.

At least there is something to work with here and stay on the up and up.
